6 kW大功率光纤激光器切割6 mm不锈钢工艺

摘要:采用6 kW光纤激光器切割6 mm不锈钢,分析了不同的激光切割工艺参数,如激光功率、切割速度、切割气体种类及压力、焦点位置以及激光倾斜角度对切割质量的影响。以切缝背部的挂渣情况作为评判切缝质量的标准,结果表明:增大切割气体压力可以降低底部挂渣以及粗糙度,但是压力达到一定程度后,挂渣和粗糙度没有明显变化;在切割厚板时,焦点位置位于工件的下部并且越靠近底表面,效果越好。光束入射倾角超过25°,切割质量变差,甚至切不透。通过大量的切割工艺试验得到在切割气体为N2,激光功率为3.3 kW,切割速度为2.0 m/min,离焦量为-4 mm,气体压力为1.7 MPa,喷嘴到工件表面距离为1.0 mm时,切割质量最佳。

Cutting process of 6 mm stainless steel plate with a 6 kW fiber laser

Abstract : Gas assisted laser cutting of 6 mm stainless steel plate was performed with a 6 kW fiber laser. The effects of laser power, cutting speed, assist gas and pressure, focal point position and angle on the cutting performance and quality were investigated.The dross of cut surface was investigated to evaluate cutting quality. The result showed that the increment of gas pressure could re-duce the dross at the bottom of the plate, but when the gas pressure be reached a certain degree, the dross and roughness didn' t reduce significantly. The focus position was located in the subsurface the plate when the thick plate was cut, and the better quality
can be obtained. If the laser incident angle was more than 250, cutting quality deteriorated and even can' t be completely cut through the plate. A large number of tests indicated that the best cutting quality was achieved when assisted gas was N2 , laser power was 3.3 kW, cutting speed was 2.0 m/min, defocus amount was -4 mm, assisted gas pressure was l.7 MPa, and distance between cutting head and plate was l.0 mm.

前言
      近年来,激光切割技术飞速发展,且随着数控技术与激光技术的结合,其应用也越来越广泛,在许多加工领域有着传统加工方法所不可比拟的优越性。激光切割技术可对几乎任何固体材料进行加工,加工效率高,因此,激光切割技术已开始应用于航空航天、电子、食品、医药、纺织、汽车工业等方面,其市场潜力十分巨大【1-4】。
      大功率光纤激光器是近些年才新兴起来的,国内有关大功率光纤激光器切割规律方面的研究相对较少,为了给以后的生产加工提供参数依据,试验采用新引进IPG YLR-6000的光纤激光器,针对6 mmTCS345不锈钢板做了初步的工艺试验研究。
试验材料与试验设备
试验采用TCS345不锈钢板,尺寸为35 mm×15mm x6 mm,其化学成分见表1
